Embarrased that I fell for this SCAM! Not a sample, will bill you 14 days of the order!
I placed an order at the end of February, but never received an email confirmation. Luckily, I took a screen shot.
About 10 days later I received the "samples" with a packing list, no invoice, no order number, nothing about a subscription. My credit card was charged today for 2 items $89.77 and $89.71. I called and was told that I accepted the terms to subscribe when I placed the order. The guy on the phone said he'd cancel and send an email confirmation.
He hung up before I could tell him to remove the charges. No email from him. I went back and went through the motions of placing an order to see if it said anything about the order. All the way at the bottom of the screen (you have to scroll down to see it) greyed out it states this is not a trial, you will be charged 14 days of the order placed etc.
The text was so light that I had to copy it to the clipboard to be able to read it. At the end it says: You can cancel your membership anytime by calling 877-779-**** or emailing support@***.com.
So, I sent an email asking to cancel the order and received an automated response saying they will review my request. If this doesn't work, I may cancel my credit card to avoid more charges.

QuGenix - Paid money, Got nothing!
On February 15, 2017, I placed an order for a trial order of QuGenix Face Cream and Eye Serum. I did not receive a trial of either the cream or eye serum.
Since I did not have a way to appeal, and certainly no product or bottle to return, I just forgot about it, thinking that the loss charged to my credit card was small. On March 20, though I had not yet received the trial, I saw that, on March 2, 2017, my credit card had been charged by QuGenix for an additional amount of $89.77 and $89.71 for the eye serum and the face cream. Since I had not received any product (including the trials), I notified my credit card company and we disputed the charges. A few weeks later, (April 15, I think) I received a package including eye serum and face cream.
I am now testing those. HOWEVER, I became really angry when I just noticed that qUgENIX also already charged my credit card (on April 1, 2017) for an additional $93.72 and $94.66.
THEY DID THIS BEFORE I EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO TRY OUT THE TRIAL THAT WAS JUST FINALLY SENT TO ME!!!! IM NOT DEALING WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS ANYMORE!!!

QuGenix face and eye cream
Horrible customer service and scam bookkeeping.
Charging with out your ok it's a scam
Do not order this
I just ordered, and screencaptured the transactions - came up more than I ordered, and the totals on the final order receipt did not add up to correct amount! Nor did I see a page where you could check and confirm the order.
Because this seemed suspicious I called my credit card company and am trying to get my order cancelled. Evidently customers get the product and find out it is a TRIAL and if you do not want it, you have to return it within 14 days. Some get the product too late to do that. Then they get charge for $90!!
Write the QuGenix and unsubscribe from receiving any future shipments, and advise your credit card company. support@***.com
Scammed...

Qugenics cancellation called recommended numbers
I spoke with Victoria, who tried to get me to keep product at 57% discount. With red face (and a business meeting/dinner tonight), 5 days after ordering and receiving it today, I found this site and called the 877 number March 21 complaint that was listed here.
After being on hold to have a couple conversations with "her supervisor", she reluctantly agreed to cancel the 2 items but tried to not give me an RA#. I said fine, just give me an RA# to return items ASAP so I know it's not a scam & that's when the weird came out. Victoria tried to not give me a RA# number (again) & said they don't take back opened trial packages and to call back in a "few days" for an RA #. I said no, I was not getting off the phone without a cancellation RA# and risk going over the trial period.
I demanded the total amount that would be on my credit card (cc). She said I couldn't return the items, gave me a RA#, and itemized the cc total as: $3.95, $1.99+ $4.95 (total quote). We'll see. I sent a similar synopsis of this phone conversation (with RA# and cc total) to tryqugenicsfacecream.com.
I am stopping by my bank tomorrow to put this on notice. So bizarre.

I tried calling the number and it kept repeating press one for eye serum press 2 for the other. Just kept going back and forth between those two options.
How am I to cancel before I get charged? Thanks
I was able to receive a full refund thanks to the help of the credit card company and BBB (Better Business Bureau).
Note: I later found out this is a well known scam.
They use different brand names using famous people's names as the front. It was on the news yesterday.
