Free Trial not free

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ordered their free trial for the skin cream and eye serum. I paid for the shipping and handling and believed I had a 30 day trial period. Less than 14 days from receiving my free trial my account was hit with two charges of $89.77 and $89.71!!!! I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this. I was told that when you agree to terms, you must cancel within 14 days or you pay the full price. THIS IS ATOTAL SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! I contacted them and they offered a 50% refund, but that was it. They said I agreed to the 14 day terms, however I remember seeing 30 days as did one of the other complaints on your site. I have been unable to bring up those terms and conditions to verify .

Embarrased that I fell for this SCAM! Not a sample, will bill you 14 days of the order!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I placed an order at the end of February, but never received an email confirmation. Luckily, I took a screen shot.

About 10 days later I received the "samples" with a packing list, no invoice, no order number, nothing about a subscription. My credit card was charged today for 2 items $89.77 and $89.71. I called and was told that I accepted the terms to subscribe when I placed the order. The guy on the phone said he'd cancel and send an email confirmation.

He hung up before I could tell him to remove the charges. No email from him. I went back and went through the motions of placing an order to see if it said anything about the order. All the way at the bottom of the screen (you have to scroll down to see it) greyed out it states this is not a trial, you will be charged 14 days of the order placed etc.

The text was so light that I had to copy it to the clipboard to be able to read it. At the end it says: You can cancel your membership anytime by calling 877-779-**** or emailing support@***.com.

So, I sent an email asking to cancel the order and received an automated response saying they will review my request. If this doesn't work, I may cancel my credit card to avoid more charges.

I tried calling the number and it kept repeating press one for eye serum press 2 for the other. Just kept going back and forth between those two options.

How am I to cancel before I get charged? Thanks

Elward Oxk

I was able to receive a full refund thanks to the help of the credit card company and BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Note: I later found out this is a well known scam.

They use different brand names using famous people's names as the front. It was on the news yesterday.

My experience with QuGenix RX is extremely upsetting. Yes, there are wornings on the screen you ordering your free trial from. However it is smartly hidden in very fine print in order people wan't notice. They will send you supply claiming to be 30 days supplies, however cream jar is so small - hardly goes for 10 day supplies. To me it fills like a scam. Representatives are rude and pushing. I received a reply from one as follows: "Even if it is a scam you signed up for it" ?????? After a lot of arguing they offered me 50% refund of charges they made. My loss still was close to $90.

I saw this was a scam after okaying sample for 4.95 for shipping and they wouldn't let me cash out without trying to stick me with other products of which I refused. I immediately called customer service to cancel the whole thing did not even want their sample.

I was told I would be getting an email confirmation of cancellation. I waited an hour, I hadn't gotten any email. I called again and ask about this order with a different woman she confirmed order I told her To see if their was a cancellation noted. Just checking to make sure it was indeed cancelled.

Oh yes she said it could take 24 hrs to receive email. My bank intervened stopping a $34 charge knowing it was fraud.

They did get $11 but I did get the product. Changed bank card.

THIS is a Scam do not enter any cc info or debit card info they will get you!

QuGenix - Paid money, Got nothing!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

On February 15, 2017, I placed an order for a trial order of QuGenix Face Cream and Eye Serum. I did not receive a trial of either the cream or eye serum.

Since I did not have a way to appeal, and certainly no product or bottle to return, I just forgot about it, thinking that the loss charged to my credit card was small. On March 20, though I had not yet received the trial, I saw that, on March 2, 2017, my credit card had been charged by QuGenix for an additional amount of $89.77 and $89.71 for the eye serum and the face cream. Since I had not received any product (including the trials), I notified my credit card company and we disputed the charges. A few weeks later, (April 15, I think) I received a package including eye serum and face cream.

I am now testing those. HOWEVER, I became really angry when I just noticed that qUgENIX also already charged my credit card (on April 1, 2017) for an additional $93.72 and $94.66.

THEY DID THIS BEFORE I EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO TRY OUT THE TRIAL THAT WAS JUST FINALLY SENT TO ME!!!! IM NOT DEALING WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS ANYMORE!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Horrible product horrible customer service no product guarantee. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $160+ FOR THE ***. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I had an allergic reaction they will not take product back they will not give money back. Very misleading ads. The customer service representatives sound uneducated and non supportive. Truly the rudest person I have ever dealt with. No sympathy they do not care. Buy natural products from a local store. I have never purchased anything before in my life that the company didn't take ownership of. Or pride in result. A BIG FAT ZERO

This is a horrible company and scam to deal with. NO mention anywhere about a limited trial - read the page, then of course they probably put something somewhere but no where you can see.

This is a scam, do not order!

You will have to change your credit card, fight the charge, everything because the company will not let you return it, do anything. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

QuGenix face and eye cream

Thought I was getting just a trial sample of both products for postage only. Imagine my surprise to see $360+ on my charge card over a two month period. When I called to have the charges reversed, I was told "No refunds". I am absolutely flabbergasted. And...the stuff really showed no changes to my skin. Disgusted because the verbage leads you to believe it's a free trial if you pay shipping. I did not sign up for automatic monthly shipments. The price also seems to go up each month! Crazy.... how can a company offer a free sample and continue to send, increase the price, and claim not their responsibility? Rip off!

Horrible customer service and scam bookkeeping.

I also ordered a sample. Two weeks later I had 2 charges...one for face cream and one for eye cream. I called and was on hold forever. So, I called my bank and they qualified it as a "disputed" charge. Finally, today I did get through. The lady was so rude. I explained that I wanted a refund, because I didn't authorize the charge. She told me to "stop talking, so she could talk" and said I had gone beyond the 14 day trial and din't "stop" it, so therefore was being charged full price. I told her I saw nothing about a 14 day span and that I had to cancel and mentioned that it must have been in very fine print and hidden. Her answer...oh it was there someplace. I was told they would refund me with an email confirmation and then had the gall to ask me if I would care to order some more at a 45% discount,. I politely said "never" and she hung up! Now I wait to see what happens next. PLUS....I've been using it 3 weeks....guess what? No change!! Buyer beware!!

I feel like we must have spoken with the same person! Exact words were said to me!

It was so rude! I did call back and spoke to another customer service rep to make sure my subscription was actually cancelled . He was very polite and at least came across like he had had customer service training.

Kudos to him but will never do business with them again thanks to their "in fine print" trickery and mostly the unbelievable poor service by 1 individual. She should be ashamed.

Do not order this

QuGenix RX - Do not order this
QuGenix RX - Do not order this - Image 2

I just ordered, and screencaptured the transactions - came up more than I ordered, and the totals on the final order receipt did not add up to correct amount! Nor did I see a page where you could check and confirm the order.

Because this seemed suspicious I called my credit card company and am trying to get my order cancelled. Evidently customers get the product and find out it is a TRIAL and if you do not want it, you have to return it within 14 days. Some get the product too late to do that. Then they get charge for $90!!

Write the QuGenix and unsubscribe from receiving any future shipments, and advise your credit card company. support@***.com

I ordered a trial. I read the page and it never said anything about a time frame, nothing. I went on vacation shortly after, didn't receive product until I got back and within a day was charged over $89. I tried to find a phone number on the web site, nothing there. Called my bank to get the 800 number, and the company will not return my money. I did not authorize the charge. They will not let you return product, nothing - just a scam. Do not order! They will not work with you in any way. This company and web site is deceitful and needs to be shut down and not function any longer.

Qugenics cancellation called recommended numbers

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I spoke with Victoria, who tried to get me to keep product at 57% discount. With red face (and a business meeting/dinner tonight), 5 days after ordering and receiving it today, I found this site and called the 877 number March 21 complaint that was listed here.

After being on hold to have a couple conversations with "her supervisor", she reluctantly agreed to cancel the 2 items but tried to not give me an RA#. I said fine, just give me an RA# to return items ASAP so I know it's not a scam & that's when the weird came out. Victoria tried to not give me a RA# number (again) & said they don't take back opened trial packages and to call back in a "few days" for an RA #. I said no, I was not getting off the phone without a cancellation RA# and risk going over the trial period.

I demanded the total amount that would be on my credit card (cc). She said I couldn't return the items, gave me a RA#, and itemized the cc total as: $3.95, $1.99+ $4.95 (total quote). We'll see. I sent a similar synopsis of this phone conversation (with RA# and cc total) to tryqugenicsfacecream.com.

I am stopping by my bank tomorrow to put this on notice. So bizarre.

This is a crroked company. They charge things you never order and then want to refuse to take it back

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They shipped me a pkg with 3 items in it which I never ordered. How they got my credit card I will never know. And they tried not to refund my money but when I told them I had already stopped the charge after a 3/4 hour phone call they told me to send it back for a full refund. I was on the phone on wait for 32 minutes to get to their "fraud" dept. They are dishonest! It scares me that companies like this exist on the internet as this is my first xerience like this. It also scares me that they got my credit card. I hope this can prevent others from ever dealing with this horrible, crooked outlandish fraudulent company.

You are under no obligation to return the products if you did not order them and your card company should back you up on that as it's a law. You're entitled to a full refund of your money too.

No mention of 14 day trial; no mention one minute after 14 day trial your card is charged $81.71 for face cream and $81.77 for eye cream. Fighting charges; offered to send product back but refused by company. DO NOT get scammed by this company....have to be devious to sell their products. I fully expected a small sample of the product. My experience exactly. I might not have know, except that I was looking to order more, and saw your review.

Checked my bank statement, and I was charged $190 for both products.

No information in the package. I like the product, but will never purchase from this sneaky company again.
