I just called to cancel my subscription and since I was a day late, there was no way they would refund the exorbitant cost of this product. The customer care agent, Tina Bell was rude right away and did not back down, actually accused me of blackmailing her because I said I could dispute the charge.
She also warned me that the phone call was being recorded. I asked for a manager and Tina said she was the manager.
She finally gave me a pathetic discount but I am writing to the better business bureau and a letter to the CEO (of course, she said there is no CEO or President). I imagine she gets these calls all day
