QuGenix Absolute SCAM!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
On February 15th 2017, I too ordered a 14 day "free" trial offer from QuGenix for P&H of $4.95. Upon my bank statement I was charged an additional $3.95 & $1.99. Part 1 of the scam. On 3/1 found a charge of $89.77 followed by a charge of $89.71 on 3/2. On 3/31a charge of $93.72 followed by a charge of $94.56 on 4/3. On 4/30 another charge of $93.72 followed by a charge of $94.66 on 5/1. On 5/30 another charge of $93.72 and the next day 5/31 another charge of $94.66. The next 2 charges before I caught it was on 6/29 and 7/30 of $93.72 each. These charges came from 2 different locations, one in California and the other in Nevada without any valid addresses. The only way to communicate with these thieves is by phone. I have the FTC and BBB involved now, as I never ordered any of the *** they sent me, and I offered to return it and they refused. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS OUTFIT FOR ANYTHING!!!

SCAM THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
QuGenix RX - SCAM THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
COMPLETE $89 SCAM. If you don't cancel within 14 days of ORDERING this *** (I don't mean GETTING it, I mean ORDERING it) they charge you EIGHTY-NINE DOLLARS ($89!!!) for ONE HALF OF ONE OUNCE (1 tablespoon, 15 ml, 3 teaspoons) of what looks and feels to me a lot like Pond's Cold Cream in a fancy plastic jar - ON TOP of the "HANDLING FEE" which probably covers the cost of what you get. Yep. Almost $100, in total, for 3 teaspoons. In a plastic jar. A GENUINELY REPREHENSIBLE SCAM, and the people running it are making millions on our failure to read the entire site word for word. WATCH OUT people. I have had mine for less than 7 days by the time it got to me, and got nailed with an $89 bill just now on my credit card. And, according to the little snot on the phone when I called their customer service line, because I provided my 3-digit secure card number, "constituting my signature on a contract", there isn't a damned thing I can do about it. Believe me, hers was a well-rehearsed spiel, so I am sure she's been saying it a lot. How is anyone supposed to evaluate how good any skin product is in 6 days????? And what could possibly be in something that costs MORE, ounce for ounce, than Armani Crema Nude Foundation ($200 for 50 ml), Creme de la Mer ($567 for 3.5 oz), most kinds of caviar and several types of saffron, that they're willing to "free" trial? In my opinion - NOTHING. They wouldn't send anything of any value out for free. See the photo, compared to a stick of butter. Take a good look at that jar, which is MUCH larger than the little plastic insert (both depth and width) containing your THREE TEASPOONS for $89 plus S&H. Spread the word. One of the worst rip-offs I've ever experienced, and I'm ashamed to have been *** enough to fall for it.

I have to say that after reading all of the negative reviews, I cancelled the order I placed (should have read them first). I had placed the order about an hour earlier.

The service rep cancelled my order with no charges and although he tried to talk me into keeping it, I insisted that my doctor advised me not to use it without finishing my prescribed products first. Feel like I just dodged a bullet!

I can't figure out how to have any type of conversation with the people who, like me, were ripped off by EuGenix. I am disgusted with myself but more so with the company.

They disguise themselves as "Beautiful Youth" on bank statements. BEWARE.

how do you cancel this product and stop them from taking more from my account

You can call 877-890-**** and have them cancel all future shipments. You simply cannot do anything about the charges they have already made. Horrible Company.

QuGenix RX SCAM

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I ordered the free trial offered on a Facebook Ad that said they were the makers of the serum from the show Shark Tank. I agreed to pay S&H @ $4.95. The product came and wasn't what was on Shark Tank so I looked online and saw people talking about this same experience. I immediately emailed the company with the header CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION and told them that I did NOT want there product and that they were not to take a penny out of my bank account. 15 days later and they've taken close to $200. I've disputed it with my bank and am told that they have to give them 15 days to refund my charges before they can remove the charges. Total scam company! Stay away...

READ THE FINE PRINT: TRIAL....... was able to get 100% second month money back...........50% of 1st month.....with the help of my credit card : Capital One.....Read Read....the meaning of trial purchase!!!!!!BE WARE: the money they charge you: Could take a Vacation!!!!!My mother always told me: nothing in life is free, when it comes to products that make promises.....I have great skin for my age anyway.....but the $4.99 shipping was the price that I thought was the entire product. So glad I was not sleeping and not paying attention to my credit card purchases....

Hello all. Should have looked here first!

Supposedly getting a 100 percent refund in 3 to 5 days. We will see.

If not I told them. Class action time for fraud, deceptive advertisements and financial fraud

I am serious!

Lawyers love this stuff!

Class actions.

The lawyers from Shark tank can then go after them too.

Look for my post in 6 days then it might be all gathering together with our still wrinkled faces.

Guest

I have been duped by this company also. Return address doesn't exist and no reachable phone number.

Tried to return products with no avail.

Now being charged close to $200 for these products. Never had a price on the trial offer.

Guest

I just called them. I have to call on the 26th to cancel or if I cancelled today, I would be charged a "restock" fee.

They don't have an item to "restock" but it is a fee for the actual shipping charges so I told them to call it what it is. I have cancelled my credit card number and received a new one. No charges will be allowed on my credit card # they have. I told them I have the product and I will keep it but I am not going to keep getting shipments.

I was told that is what I signed up to do. NO WHERE did I read that and I am a retired compliance officer and read everything.

My receipt by email had nothing on it. AVOID THIS COMPANY and email the Shark Team who supposedly supported this scam.

I TRIED THE 4.95 TRIAL THEN CANCELLED SO FAR I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 89.71 AND AGAIN FOR 99.66 I EVEN HAVE THE CANCELLATION # MY ACCOUNT ALSO GOT CHARGED 30.00 SERCIVE CHARGE IF ANY ONE KNOW THERE SUPPORT LINE PLEASE EMAIL IT TO ME joni.renee@***.com

Thank you for the info. You SAVED me--I had no idea there was even a 15 day trial period.

I called the same day it arrived, after reading this. I spoke with Victoria at the number you recommended, who told me they do not take back opened trial items, after some hard pressure to keep product. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a return authorization (RA)#. Victoria even told me I had to call back in a few days to get a RA #.

I said I WAS NOT getting off the phone, risking going over the 15 day trial period, and I was not getting off the phone unless I had a cancellation number, THEN she said there was a $9.95 cancellation fee. I then pinned her down to tell me the exact charges I would see on my credit card statement so I'd know it's not a scam. Victoria said $3.95 plus $1.99 (2 products I paid shipping for) plus $4.95 to cancel. I NEVER got a totaI whenever asking for fees.

I will see how it goes..I WILL be checking with my bank! I'm glad that Victoria had to "go speak" with her supervisor twice. Extreme hard sell. She eventually told me to keep the trial products and wouldn't give me an address to return the products to at all.

Very strange. My face did turn red, so I was wondering if it really does or doesn't work as advertised.

Guest

Thought this was just trial samples but company billed my card over $180 for product says I agreed to this after 14 day trial. I did not and never saw any info related to this claim when I ordered free trial.. Be smart11 don't order this product, don't like it anyway, would never pay for more and definitely not 180 for samples I was shipped.

QuGenix Rx. Not a free trial 190$

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The free trial is a total scam! I ordered QuGenix for me and my wife after talking with her about looking younger. The free trial said it had a 1.50 shipping charge so I said that's fine, then after I had given them my CC info the shipping charge was around 8$ higher. Then I get the product in the mail and they have sent me three different serums, all I asked for was the eye cream. Ok, then they charge my account 180$ for the three 15mm bottles that were supposed to be free trials. No refund no help Not free, read the fine print. There is no refund, and so far this product has caused more wrinkles and bags under my eyes than not.

STEAMING!!!!!!! SHUT DOWN THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the "trial" offer for $4.95 on March 13, 2017. However, my bank was charged with 3 items, which were appeared as the following: RXALLSKINCREAM $4.95 RXALLSKINCREAM $1.99 ABC EYE SERUM $3.95 RYM*VITAMINCRNW $34.71 Okay, so I was pissed but I did receive the following: QuGenix Rx Anti-Aging Face Cream QuGenix Rx Anti-Aging Eye Serum QuGenix Rx Vitamin C Serum Mind you, I only wanted the free trial of the Anti-Aging Face Cream!

It ticked me off that they had fooled me by using my credit card information to pad the order! I figured the $1.99 was a shipping cost. I decided to eat it. When I ordered, as soon as I entered the credit card information, it just flipped completely off and gave me no confirmation or total or anything!

Upon arrival, there was no invoice, no packing slip, and no shipper name listed. I found that strange, but... Now I open up my bank account to find that I have 3 payments pending as of today: RXALLSKINCREAM $89.71 RXALLSKINCREAM $89.71 ABC EYE SERUM $89.77 No information on the company, when I go to QuGenixRx.com there is no phone number and just a chance to order a "free" trial!!!!! I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT A FREE TRIAL!!!

I WAS NOT GIVEN AN OPTION TO SUBSCRIBE!!!! As this was just today, I have not yet received any shipments on this so-called "order", but I can tell you I never placed this order, I never subscribed to receive additional orders, and I never intended to purchase anything except the free trial!!! ***, I can't even tell any difference in using it and I don't *** care if it's the fountain of youth & I'll look new as a baby's butt, I would never spend this kind of money on skin cream, especially skin cream that isn't even proven! I could make payments on a facelift for this much!!!!

So, to date, they have cobbed me out of a total of $314.79!!!!! I will be going to my bank first thing in the morning to get them to stop any and all withdrawals from my account from wherever this is coming from!

That will cost me an additional $108.00, so the overall cost of this scam will now be $422.79!!!! For that much I should be looking like JLo & I'm not even Latino!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing happened to me. I paid the 4.95 and there was NO info that you were subscribing and after waiting on the phone 1/2 hour I was told that unless I paid the 89.71 I could not cancel.

So I am screwed. What a scam, don't do it.

Apparently they have scammed a lot of people! I canceled my card & the bank is disputing the charges, but I have been told that there is little that can be done because they do have a Terms and Conditions that tell you all this, but they hide it!!!!

May be legal but certainly unscrupulous!!!! Makes me sick! I could not afford to lose the money I have and now can't pay my bills because of those funds being withdrawn!!!!

This is truly hurting those of us on a fixed income. I know if I was part of that company I would hang my head in shame!

I thought I did my footwork....checking reviews, looking for small print requiring monthly orders and looking for the actual cost of the product. I guess it's in there somewhere because the "samples" were not free (nearly $200 total....2 products). When I realized that I had been charged, the agent for my credit card company was wonderful. He told me that these scams are as close to illegal as they can be. The company offered my 50% credit on the 2nd order (after the trial, which I charged over $190). They will not give any more credit for returns. I will not go so far as to review these products as I feel the company is nearly fraudulent with intent on making money by deception. I'm not sure how they get away with using reviews from celebrities in their ads, which I later found out are copy cats used on a variety of other "miracle cream" ads on the internet. It is no wonder to me that our country is declining when business lower their standards to these practices.

I purchased the free trial of QuGenix RX Anti-Aging Face Cream & Anti-Aging Eye Serum on 2/27/17. Everything amounted to $12.

Today 3/14/17, my credit card was charged for $89.71 for the same product. I immediately called customer service and lodged my complain but was told that it was a mistake because the system crashed so I should called back in 40 minutes. I called backed 40 minutes later and I stayed on the line for another 20 minutes before finally speaking a lady who goes by the name Latoya or Lakisha. I told her that my credit card has been charged for a purchase I didn't authorized and she checked my information and said yes I have an account with them and that I should remember the terms and agreement when I made the purchase.

Believe me there was no terms or agreement that I accepted and I insisted that I wanted my accounted cancel and money refunded. She was so rude and she told me that my money will never be refunded because of the agreement I signed. That was when i realized that I have been duped. So i am calling my credit card company tomorrow to block this number and to get a new card.

Please do NOT fall for this SCAM.

Beware of this company! This company is very shady!

they lead you to believe that you are only paying for the shipping with the trial, then they start to help themselves to your checking account, twice now I have called them and asked them to cancel and quit taking from my checking, I only received my trial kit and have not received anything since, so far they have taken 158.66.

They try to tell you that they will in return send you more product, but I declined and requested to speak to a supervisor, then that's when the rep offered to refund my money. There has to be some kind of agency like the better business beau that monitors or we can report to for this type of behaviour from this company.

From articles I've read on the ABA website, these kind of contracts are not enforceable. They can't just hide the terms in a nearly invisible link at the bottom of the page and then never even mention that they exist.

I'm going to contact an attorney this week about filing a class action suit. If it happens we'll want to get as many victims on board as possible.

I'll look into getting a facebook page. These *** have been stealing millions and getting away with it.
